Heh, between Lisa calling out Chandra for her behavior (albeit far more gently than the latter deserved, IMO) and now this, it’s good that the comic’s narrative is finally acknowledging just how messed up and unhealthy the sexual aspects of the Seleni’s powers can be, with Chandra the power hungry rapist representing the worst of it but also how damaging it can be to someone like Moccha who was unaware of having their powers yet has been affected by them all this time, and is severely impeding her ability to have healthy relationships, especially with someone like Faolan whom in a normal setting would be a good potential love interest for her. On the other hand, Ama’s may-or-may-not-have-been-imagined intimate and loving dream sequence with Moccha represents the best possible aspects of Seleni’s powers, which is why I hope they both can have a happy ending despite everything. 😉
